Manufacturing Process

At Shri Balaji Spun Pipe, we follow strict quality standards during production. First, we use M30 grade concrete to achieve strong and durable kerb stones. Moreover, our team uses the vibro-compaction process for better density and strength.

Jointless moulds also help create a smooth surface finish. In addition, each kerb stone contains 4 pieces of 8 mm Tor steel reinforcement. Furthermore, we add 6 mm stirrups at 150 mm center-to-center spacing.

Because of this process, every product achieves a minimum 28-day compressive strength of 30 MPa.
