We produce precast concrete manhole covers using superior quality raw material.

1. Cement: OPC 43 Grade Cement is used for the manufacture of precast RCC manhole covers and frame.

2. Aggregate: The nominal maximum size of course aggregate we use do not exceed 20 mm and is well graded. Aggregates are clean and free from deleterious material.

3. Reinforcement: At Shri Balaji, We use MS Bars, Rods and Flat which are clean and free from loose mill scale, loose rust, mud, oil, grease or any other coating which may destroy the bond between concrete and steel.

4. Steel Fibers: The diameter of steel fibers we use is not be greater than 0.75 mm. The minimum volume of fibers is 0.5 percent of the volume of concrete.

5. Water: The water used is free from matter harmful to concrete or reinforcement or matter likely to cause efflorescence in the units.

6. Concrete Mix Grade: M30
